Terms of Service

RecallPulse organises Android call-log activity for salespeople. It provides after-call tags and notes, call history, analytics and Active Hours. Business adds consent-based sharing from a rep's chosen work SIM to a manager dashboard. Coming soon items are not part of the current service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use RecallPulse.

You must provide accurate information and protect your sign-in credentials. Business owners manage invitations and seats. Reps choose and verify the work SIM shared with an organisation and may leave an organisation at any time.

Do not use RecallPulse for harassment, unlawful telemarketing, unsolicited bulk calling, illegal profiling, or to collect information you have no right to process. You are responsible for following telecom, employment and data-protection laws that apply to your calls and team.

You keep ownership of the call data, notes and other content you create. You give us the limited permission needed to process Business data and operate the service. Our Privacy Policy explains the details. RecallPulse never records calls.

Free includes ads and limited features. Every new Google account gets one 7-day Premium Plus trial; when it ends the account moves to Free unless a plan is bought. Premium Plus is bought on recallpulse.in for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and applies to the one Google account entered at checkout. Business starts at five seats, is billed monthly or annually, and gives every rep with a seat Premium Plus. Plans are not sold inside the app. All plans are paid in advance and do not renew automatically. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; GST is not currently charged. Prices may change before general availability. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & cancellation policy (/refunds).

RecallPulse is launching soon and may change as we improve it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Android or Google Play policy and permission changes may affect features.

The RecallPulse name, software and design belong to us. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is, and our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect loss or for business decisions made from app data.

You may stop using RecallPulse and delete your account at any time (see /delete-account). We may suspend access for a serious breach or security risk. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bhavnagar, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions about these terms can be sent to connect@recallpulse.in.
