Shipping & Delivery Policy

RecallPulse is a digital service. Nothing is shipped and there are no delivery charges.

Premium Plus is activated on the Google account you enter at checkout, usually within a few minutes of a successful payment. Open the RecallPulse app signed in with that account. If it does not show Premium Plus yet, close the app fully and open it again.

Business buyers receive the dashboard sign-in link at the email given at checkout, usually within a few minutes. Reps are added by invitation from the dashboard.

Every payment is confirmed by email with an invoice. If your plan is not active within 24 hours of payment, email connect@recallpulse.in with your order ID and we will fix it or refund you.
