For teams
If your company uses RecallPulse Business
Last updated: 22 October 2026
Your company has invited you to share the calls you make and take on your work SIM. Here is exactly what that means.
Contents
1. What your company sees — only from your work SIM
- The number and saved name of the person you spoke to
- The date, time, duration and direction of the call, and whether it connected
- The outcome tag and note you add, and that a voice memo exists — never the recording
- Your Google email, the name your company entered when it invited you, your SIM details, and whether the app is working (permissions, battery settings, last sync, how many calls and contacts are on the phone — never their content)
2. What your company never sees
- Calls on any other SIM
- Your contact list
- Any call or voice-memo audio
- Messages, photos or location
3. You are in control
- Nothing is shared until you accept. You read the agreement, choose the work SIM and how much history to share (nothing, or the last 30, 90 or 180 days), and tap “Join”.
- While sharing is on, the app shows the notice “Work-call sharing is on”.
- See everything that is shared in Settings › My organisation › What my organisation sees.
- Leave at any time in Settings › My organisation › Leave organisation. Sharing stops immediately. Calls already shared stay in your company's records for its retention period (6, 12 or 24 months).
4. Questions or complaints
Ask your company first, because it decides how the data is used. You can also write to us at connect@recallpulse.in; our Grievance Officer answers within 30 days. Your company must follow the laws on monitoring employees where you work. Full details are in section 8 of our Privacy Policy.
