Delete your RecallPulse account

Last updated: 20 October 2026

RecallPulse is an Android app operated by Jeegar Shantibhai Goyani, trading as RecallPulse. You can delete your RecallPulse account and the data linked to it at any time. You do not need to reinstall the app to ask.

Email a deletion request

1. How to ask

  • In the app: open Settings and tap Delete My Account.
  • By email: write to connect@recallpulse.in from the Google account you use in RecallPulse, with the subject “Delete my RecallPulse account”.
  • No longer have that email address? Tell us which address it was and we will confirm it is yours another way.

2. What we delete

  • Your account: Google email address and account identifier
  • Your devices: install IDs, phone model, Android and app versions
  • Your trial and Premium Plus records
  • If you were a Business rep: your link to the organisation and your device-health history
  • Waitlist or demo form entries made with your email

3. What we keep

  • Payment records and invoices: 8 years, because Indian tax law requires it.
  • A note that we deleted your account, so we do not process it again.
  • Calls you shared as a Business rep: these belong to your organisation’s records and follow its retention setting (6, 12 or 24 months). Ask your organisation’s owner — or us — to delete them.

4. How long it takes

We confirm your request by email and complete it within 30 days. If you have paid Premium Plus time left, it ends when the account is deleted and is not refunded — see our Refund & cancellation policy.

5. Business owners

To close an organisation and delete all of its data, the owner can email us from the owner account. We delete the organisation’s data within 30 days, except invoices, which we keep for 8 years.

6. Data on your phone and in Google Drive

Your call log, notes, tags, reminders and voice memos live on your phone. Remove them by uninstalling RecallPulse or clearing its storage in Android settings. To remove cloud backups, delete the “RecallPulse Backups” folder from your Google Drive. To stop only Business sharing, leave your organisation in the app — you keep your account.

How long we keep each kind of data is in section 11 of our Privacy Policy.
